Ambitious students will prepare a short text of no more than 50 words that summarizes Whistler's key points. The link to Whistler's lecture is provided several posts below. After spending an hour or so in the galleries with our visiting scholar, Jennifer Adams, we'll convene in the library of the Freer/Sackler to see some Whistler books and continue our discussion. Many thanks to the Freer and the Smithsonian!
